Martin S.
In the quest for mor speed I'm thinking of getting an aeroscreen just for events. As I'm in a road going class (4) do the regs require a mirror to be fitted? '94 BRG De-dion, 2Ltr Dunnel Zetec 165BHP for now! 😬 😬 😬
smithj41
I run without mine in Class 5 never had any issues (I think a car will pass an mot with two wing mirrors)
Martin S.
.....so do you run with wing mirrors?
Jason Plato
strictly speaking the car should be in road legal trim so you need a minimum of one center and one side mirror . But  many run without mirrors and you wont get overtaken on a sprint (or if you do then you realy should take up dominos 😬)  I remove my aeroscreen center mirror to aid visibility Dave
Support Team Shaun_E Posted June 28, 2006 Support Team Share Posted June 28, 2006 And just to be pedantic , for MOT purposes you need a drivers side mirror and one other. And I guess I should take up dominos as Simon Lambert nearly caught me at Longcross 😳. My excuse is that it was my first ever sprint and it was a bit wet...oh and Simon is a nutter 😬. Yellow SL #
