When I changed to Q/R recently I used the old screws that went into captive threads in the fixed boss and dug out some nuts to match, which I'm pretty sure were M6. Paul - if you can't get them from the sources Peter suggests, try googling for Namrick - they sell pretty much any nut/bolt/screw/washer you could desire.
