WILL FLY
I want to replace the standard throttle cable with a longer one so that I can route it under the ITG filter and round the the Jenvey throttle bodies then fit a proper quadrant like the Jenvey one. Does anyone know where I can get a longer cable which has the same black moulded piece on it to locate in the pedal box. Roy See willfly.net for more info. Tony C
I bought a bicycle brake cable from Halfords. That plastic fitting pulls-off the pedal box end and can be reused 😬 BRG Brooklands SV 😬 It seems that perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing more to take away. prs
This is the way i'v done mine including the Jenvey Quadrant throttle bracket, you can get the cable from Jenvey or simply make your own up. Phil S7SVN
Alex Wong1697456877
Halfords sell a nice tool for cutting cables like this - if gives a neat cut with no frays, and can cut the outer casing as well. £17 from the bikehut department.
