Mattj
I saw in the Longcross scores there is a 'class record bonus', i've not really heard what this is about and can't see it in the regs, can anybody elborate? Also, how many class competitors are needed to raise the score ceiling from 20.5 to 21? Sorry if im just being ignorant and missing something! robmar
Mark - whihc raises a point I wanted to make a whileback but forgot in class 2 the kippers went home before the first timed run so I made the decision that there where only 3 competitors in class 2 and hence Andy Nichols could only score a maximum of 20.5 (Sorry Andy) was that the correct interpretation 🤔 rob My MSN Space and Blog - Syndicate Using RSS
Mrs Kipper
Rob My view is that as both Pat and I signed on and had two practise runs, we were classed as competitors and the fact that we decided not to participate in the timed runs should not take the points away from Andy. We could have withdrawn for other reasons, such as a problem with the car. Over to Mr Durrant 🤔 Kipper Fun is not a straight line.
Mark Durrant
I will give this some careful consideration and will let you know what I decide as I have too much work on at present to think about this now. Mark D Comp Sec
Silver 21
It makes no difference whether the Kippers signed on or not as they did not complete any timed runs and it is on that basis that points are awarded. Mark for info in the past this is the rule that has been applied by ourselves and other championships Graham Lotus 7 Club General Secretary
Mark Durrant
Graham Thanks for your input and I can confirm that I am happy to continue with this ruling. Mark D Comp Sec
