These are the instructions that were written by one of our members when he replaced the seals on the aluminium race jack purchased as part of a club bulk buy some years ago. There are a couple of threads in the forums that discuss the seal sizes and some steps in these instructions not being required. These instructions should be treated as a guide and not gospel 🙂
