Gransden Lodge. 15th june 2024.

Few may know but many may not know but Cambridge Gliding Centre is celebrating and has an open event planned for the 15th June. June 1946 is the anniversary of the first post WW II closed circuit motor race and was organised by Cambridge University Automobile Club. It was held at RAF Gransden Lodge (as was) and attracted some 35 entries over 12 races. Gransden Lodge is now the home of Cambridge Gliding Centre. As shown elsewhere on Blatchat. PGM open day in Sussex if you fancy a drive down. PGM Open Day Sunday the 28/07/2024 from 10.00am - 2.00pm! We are pleased to announce the date for PGM's Open Day this year. We are also offering the free opportunity to weigh your '7' and even yourself (if you dare)! Once again there will be plenty of home made cakes and snacks available to enjoy! We will be welcoming Soft Bits for Sevens to join us and they will of course have a selection
